In some circumstance (e.g. SaadaDB creation, Web deployment...) you can get a fatal error message saying the a directory as no read access. You change the read permission on the properties of that directory, but this action has no effect. The phenomena has often been observed on the directory C:\Documents and Settings\usernamel\Local Settings\Temp .
